IoT based Environment Monitoring in Industries for Employee Safety

The safety to the employees in every industry (tier1, tier2 etc.,) is one of the most essential for the owners to gain their margin profit with the help of the employees. Ensuring safety is vital factor for every industry. This is of capital importance, for the well-being of employees and of the company as a whole. Oxygen produced by trees makes people feel more comfortable and healthier. The air pollution rapidly increases due to hazardous emission of gas in atmosphere. The fresh air for humans becomes challenging nowadays. Economic improvement, inhabitants’ growth, consumption of energy and many others are some of the notable factors for pollution in environment. In foundry, the ammine gas is one of the hazardous gasses which cause harmful impact inn human health and environment. Accidents occur frequently in factories with harsh working conditions, and employees must work with extreme caution. The proposed method is used to observe the environmental pollution caused by pollutants and any other factors. The system will measure the essential factors in working factory to ensure the safety and accidents prevention. With the help of observing system, the preventive measure is initiated and pollution control method is applied. Science-related studies and evaluations of the effects of regulatory acts are possible.
