Modeling the Life Trajectory of Protective Equipment Using Petri Net Method

As the first line of defense to ensure the safe operation of the power system, relay protection has a sharp increase in the information of secondary equipment that can be obtained, and the difficulty of comprehensive analysis of the entire lifecycle information of protection equipment has increased. This article extracts and establishes a feature attribute set that covers the life trajectory process of equipment, including device ontology, maintenance, actions, defects, etc., to form the life trajectory of key time nodes throughout the entire life cycle of protective equipment. The Petri net method is used to depict the life trajectory of protective equipment, which can efficiently display panoramic information of secondary equipment in all aspects and provide technical support for equipment operation, maintenance, and technical improvement.
