Identification Method of Insulator Pollution Type Based on W-SVM

Aiming at the problem of transmission line insulator filth type which is difficult to be identified online, this paper proposes the insulator filth type identification method based on hyperspectral image, analyzes the characteristics and differences of different types of filth on hyperspectral data, and preprocesses the spectral data through black-and-white correction and multivariate scattering correction, to strengthen the differences between different filth types. Based on this, an insulator filth type identification method based on W-SVM is proposed to realize the accurate identification of insulator filth types. Finally, it is proved by experimental results that the accuracy of the method's filth identification reaches 96%, which can meet the practical needs.
