Design and Analysis of High Speed Brushless DC Motor using Ansys software

Using ANSYS software, a brushless DC motor with a maximum speed of 32,000 rpm is designed and analyzed in this research. Compared to other motors, brushless DC motors have numerous benefits. These motors are used in high-speed applications. Better speed torque characteristics, noiseless operation, and a broad speed range are features of BLDC motors. Using the RMxprt software tool, the BLDC motor geometry was created. Furthermore, MAXWELL 2D was used for the analytical design with a 95% efficiency rate of the motor.
