Smart Embedded Systems for Childhood Learning Disability Screening

Learning disabilities known as Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) encompass various functional areas where individuals encounter challenges due to unidentified factors. These disorders manifest as difficulties in specific language and speech skills development, with examples including dyslexia for reading and dyscalculia for mathematics. The underlying factors contributing to these challenges affect the brain's functionality, impeding its capacity to perceive and process information effectively. Consequently, individuals with such learning disabilities may face obstacles in acquiring knowledge comparable to their unaffected counterparts. To assess and characterize these difficulties, evaluations like Speech Analysis for Speech-based Processing and Calculation Tests for mind co-ordination are employed. These assessments scrutinize pronunciation, spelling, and the brain's analytical response to mathematical calculations. The outcomes of these evaluations are then appraised through Frontend screening and stored in a Backend Database to categorize them based on inadequate development in academic, language, and speech skills.
