This research paper aims to present a thorough comparison of cloud-based e-learning platforms, with an emphasis on deployment and performance optimization techniques that are economical. In recent years, e-learning has become incredibly popular, revolutionizing the way that training and education are provided in a variety of fields. In order to streamline the implementation of e-learning platforms, cloud-based solutions are becoming more and more popular among enterprises. This research examines a LMS application development for a cloud-based e-learning platform, and assesses its cost, scalability, performance, and customization capabilities. We take a multipronged approach, using cost-effectiveness models, case studies, and quantitative performance metrics to assess the platforms' capabilities and determine whether server-based or serverless cloud deployment is the more advantageous model.
