High-power turboprop engine mounting system forward design technology review and a case study

As a key component connecting the aircraft and engine, the engine mounting has become one of the factors restricting the improvement of the overall vibration and noise level of the aircraft. Starting from the relevant standards, this paper systematically sorts out the relevant design requirements of the engine mounting, summarizes the main forms and characteristics of the turboprop engine mounting, summarizes the domestic and foreign research results of the turboprop engine mounting in three aspects, including system design and analysis, vibration isolator development, hydraulic torque compensation system development, and analyzes the gap at home and abroad. Combined with the latest research results of the team, the forward design requirements, forward design input, and forward design process of turboprop engine mounting are summarized, and the engineering prototype of engine mounting is developed in a positive direction according to the actual needs of a certain turboprop aircraft, in order to provide a localized alternative to solve the problem of vibration and noise reduction neck of aviation equipment. Finally, in view of the problems existing in current research of engine mounting, the topics to be explored in depth are proposed which combined with the current development trend of aviation equipment.
