Exploring the Psychological Impact of Artificial Intelligence-Generated Green Walls on Students and Educators

Traditional landscape construction research has provided crucial insights into visual preferences and stress recovery for individuals. However, in urban educational environments, we have identified a lack of in-depth research on how basic forms in landscape design impact perceptions of students and educators. The quality of the educational environment is directly related to the effectiveness of student learning and teaching activities. Therefore, research on whether green walls can enhance the campus atmosphere and potentially contribute to teaching benefits holds significant practical value. This study combines Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) with questionnaire surveys to explore different compositions of green walls, such as curved and linear forms, and their impact on the learning environment. This study not only deepens our understanding of improvements in urban educational environments but also provides practical design references for creating more inspiring and comfortable learning spaces. Through this research, we aim to offer empirical recommendations for future urban educational environment designs and encourage broader applications to further enhance educational quality and student well-being.
