The Development of a Job Portal to Facilitate Incampus Placement

Nowadays, every industrial sector is extremely competitive, and employment market is going through the same. A employment site is a website that provides hiring managers and candidates with details. A job portal aids in discovering the ideal company for employees for both the job candidate and job recruiters. In the case of job searchers, the employment site which is the website displays the distinct list of firms according to their preferences, abilities, and educational-background. And selects the best candidates from within the pool of applications to present to the hiring managers. The main objective of this application is to establish a system that permits communication between job holders and candidates. Communication between interested parties is encouraged in order to speed up the hiring process. The purpose of this study is to create an employment website portal for the students in the university to obtain Incampus placements effectively. As previously stated, the main objectives of this portal are to develop relationships with industry and acts as an online employment tool to aid students in obtaining the appropriate IT job after completion of their graduation. Furthermore, this type of technique enhances college students’ comprehension of the idea and importance of the employment site. An investigation was made into the problems students were having with the faculty’s present site, and to compile a list of their needs that might be integrated into the new site.
