Investigation of Multi-Junction GaInP/GaInAs/Ge Solar Cells Performance Characteristics using MATLAB Simulation

The performance attributes of GaInP/GaInAs/Ge multijunction solar cells using MATLAB simulation are explored in this research. The investigation begins by constructing a model and confirming its accuracy by comparing the simulation outcomes with experimental data found in existing literature.
