Research on Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting Performance Based on Computer-Aided Engineering

To significantly reduce cutting forces and increase the machining accuracy of the workpiece, based on computer-aided technology, a finite element model of ultrasonic vibration-assisted turning was established using ABAQUS, this paper analyzed the elliptical ultrasonic vibration mode, study the influence of vibration amplitude, frequency, and tool angle and optimize the vibration parameters (vibration frequency and amplitude) based on single factor experimental methods; Finally, by comparing the effect of the tool parameters on ultrasonic vibration cutting, the optimal tool parameters are found and it provides a reference for actual processing.
