Application Research of Intelligent Pneumatic Control System in Industrial Automation

Firstly, the background of the development of industrial automation and the importance of pneumatic control system are introduced. Then, the design and optimization of intelligent pneumatic control system are discussed. It includes the application of intelligent sensor in pneumatic system, the application of artificial intelligence control algorithm in pneumatic system and the design and optimization of control strategy. In the experimental part, the system construction and parameter setting are introduced in detail, and the performance difference between the intelligent pneumatic control system and the traditional pneumatic control system is compared and analyzed. By setting the controller adjustment accuracy to ±0.1, the intelligent pneumatic control system achieves higher adjustment accuracy than the traditional system.
