Optimization Algorithm for Intelligent Cockpit Human Computer Interaction Interface Design Based on Neural Network Model

Against the backdrop of increasingly mature artificial intelligence technology, intelligent cabins have become an important development direction for the modern automotive industry. Therefore, studying how to optimize the design of human-computer interaction (HCI) interfaces in intelligent cabins is of great significance for improving the overall performance and user experience of intelligent vehicles. This article applies the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) model to the optimization of HCI interface design in intelligent car cabins, and proposes an interactive interface image optimization algorithm based on ANN. This algorithm will automatically adjust the size, position, and color attributes of interface elements based on the driver's attention distribution and information needs, in order to improve the usability and user experience of the interface. The HCI interface constructed using the method described in this article achieved the highest subjective rating, with an average score of over 85. This result verifies the effectiveness of the method proposed in this paper in optimizing the HCI interface design of intelligent cabins. The effectiveness and potential of the proposed method were verified through comparative experiments and subjective scoring results, providing useful reference and support for the optimization design of the HCI interface in intelligent cabins.
