Design and Simulation of Front-End Actuators for Fire Barrier Opening Equipment

In order to augment the emergency rescue and protection capabilities associated with forest firefighting and to bolster the operational efficiency of forest fire protection barriers, there is a need for specialized fire protection barrier opening equipment. This equipment should encompass features aimed at facilitating efficient forest sawing, branch crushing, deep weed removal, and the seamless opening of fire protection barriers. The proposed solution includes the design of a front-end actuator intended to incorporate the aforementioned capabilities along with additional functions such as weeding and other barrier opening operations. The front-end actuator is subjected to a comprehensive analysis involving dynamic simulation and feasibility verification using ABAQUS software. This rigorous examination aims to ensure the practicality and effectiveness of the designed front-end actuator.
