Lightweight Design and Mechanical Simulation of a New Four Channel Frequency-Conversion Module

In this paper, we study the structure design of a new type of four channel frequency-conversion module made of aluminum silicon composite. We introduce the structure design scheme, key technology research and related mechanical simulation analysis of the module in detail. The design of frequency conversion module needs to support the requirements of installation and fixation of internal PCB board, LTCC board, RF connector, low frequency connector and other electronic components. At the same time, a series of structural elements such as structural strength, volume and weight should also be considered. EMC design is needed to avoid crosstalk. Through the application of aluminum silicon composite materials, interlayer design, simulation optimization and other technical methods, a series of technical problems such as lightweight design and miniaturization design of module are successfully solved. Through mechanical simulation analysis, it is verified that the structural strength satisfies the design index requirements. The design method in this paper can provide reference for similar products in other fields.
