Application of Computer GIS Remote Sensing and Intelligent Information System in Rural Planning

In this paper, based on the existing mobile geographic information system developed a based on intelligent pension planning positioning software. This system integrates GIS, call center, virtual pension software system, RFID and other technologies to complete the whole process from service positioning, service response, service order delivery to service payment. This method uses the existing location features of the target region, and obtains the center point of the region by buffering the existing data. The software can use a geographic information system to know the elderly person's exact current location, and can set up an electric fence. The system simulation found that it can meet the user's various spatiotemporal query requirements when screening nursing institutions and realize the purpose of assisting the user's decision making.
