Analysis on Evaluation and Design of Intelligent Cockpit in Automobiles

With the rapid development of technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and new processes, as well as the increasing demand for quality of life, new technological means are being applied in the field of automobile manufacturing to meet the needs of personalization. The industry is paying more and more attention to the research and development of intelligent cockpits in automobiles. In order to better understand the intelligent cockpit in automobiles and provide a reference for the feasibility study of the industry in the field of intelligent cockpit, this article introduces the concept and development history of intelligent cockpit, explains the importance of design evaluation, and provides an explanation for the design concept of intelligent cockpit. Necessary analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of using intelligent cockpit in automobiles and future development trends are also included. The evaluation of intelligent cockpit is introduced and analyzed from the perspectives of safety, comfort, and economy. This article focuses on explaining the design concept of the intelligent cockpit from three aspects: structural design, functional design, and safety design. While considering the advantages and disadvantages of using intelligent cabins in automobiles, as well as the improvement direction of evaluation and design, the future development trend of intelligent cabins is prospected.
