Research on the Application of Composite Cycle G71 in Different CNC System Lathes

G71 command is widely used in CNC lathes for fixed cycle machining of rough turning of inner and outer diameters of parts. It is a complex cycle command that is widely used in CNC lathes.The application of this command can reduce the processing process segment of the part and improve the dimensional accuracy and surface finish of the part. Due to the rich categories of CNC systems and the different requirements for the format of part processing instructions in different CNC systems, this article takes Huazhong CNC lathe system and FANUC system as examples to discuss the application of G71 instructions in CNC lathe processing.
