Numerical Simulation Study Based on the Internal Flow of a Dual Oil Circuit Nozzle

In order to overcome the inability to observe the internal flow of the nozzle by experimental methods, the thesis presents a numerical simulation of a dual oil circuit nozzle. The numerical simulation is used to visualise the effect of the influence between the parameters and the flow phenomenon inside the nozzle. The simulation results show that the velocity magnitude and direction of this part of the nozzle varies rapidly due to the strong interference of air with the droplets at the nozzle's nozzle. The fuel content is highest near the centre axis of the nozzle, and gradually decreases along the radial direction outwards. As the axial distance increases, the sprayed conical oil mist spreads out, at which point the fuel content at the centre decreases, and the atomised particle size at the centre position is smaller than at the outer ring.
