A Precise COM Model Parameter Extraction Method with Automated Curve-Fitting and Accuracy Verification

This paper investigates a COM model parameter extraction method to improve model accuracy by applying frequency-dependent correction functions and interpolation to the work of Plessky, Abbott, and Hashimoto. In addition, automated parameter extraction software and automated verification software are introduced to improve efficiency and check model accuracy. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of this method.
