The Memristor's with Microcontroller and Digital to Analog Converter Module MCP4725

The memristor is the fourth passive electrical device presented in 1971, that is a bipolar circuit device as the relationship between magnetic field-charge matching, based on the four parameters current, voltage, charge, and magnetic field. Memristor emulators are developed in analog digital and microcontrollers, that based on a microcontroller and an analog-to-digital converter. This paper presented the memristor with a microcontroller and digital-to-analog converter module MCP4725. The memristor with the Arduino NANO microcontroller receives a sine wave signal from the function generator via the 10-bit ADC port, then processes the output values through the 12-bit DAC MPC4725 Module using a 5 KΩ resistor load. The results of the experiment found that a memristor can be simulated using phase ship and dead band principles from the microcontroller.
