An Automatic U-turn Machine System Module using Stepper Motor and PLC on Cloud Control

This paper propose an innovation design of an automatic U-turn machine module in the smart city. The digital platform with the smart electronic circuits design perform the paradigm shift of public automation facilities especially for car management system for reducing the number of traffic accidents when reversing or U-turn. The geometric transformation can specify object modelling operations both for local coordinate system such as modeling coordinates in this paper and a global coordinate system as a world coordinates in the future. With cloud communicating paradigm shift, the new era of the stage of the art infrastructure design of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system to enhance the computing resources with a long distance remote control and served them as a service on demand with highly dynamic and flexible transportation system that can be considered as a promising solution with Service Level Agreement (SLA) as fidelity with less waiting time. While an intelligent fuzzy control method on PLC called as fuzzy ladder scheme can enhance the PLC ability and utility of the overall performance of the system such as dynamic loading effect in real time. The photovoltaic (PV) of solar cell system with the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) controlled by the Arduino controller was used as the battery charging process design as optional usage. The simulations results were several tested with the modelling design methodology, while the real prototype module was also several tested in the laboratory room that should be satisfied with design concept. The overall of system performance must be revised again in on-site area for more practical to use and stable.
