Artificial Intelligence in Learning & Development: A Bibliometric Analysis of 32 Years

John McCarthy’s invention of artificial intelligence helps people by making their jobs more accessible in the hectic world we live in today. Its tools, including deep learning, machine learning, and natural language processing, are an integral part of the learning sector. A bibliometric review analysis using fifty-two articles taken from the Scopus database is being conducted to ascertain the place and function of artificial intelligence in the learning and development domain. The goal of this study is to determine the most recent artificial intelligence in learning publication trends, influential authors, nations, and keywords. Findings indicate that, with ten articles, “University of Wisconsin” is the most pertinent affiliation. The country with the most significant influence in this area is China. The most popular artificial intelligence topics in the learning field are deep learning and machine learning. Future recommendations indicate that the government and higher authorities of every sector should introduce training programs for using artificial intelligence techniques.
