Mechanical Grinding Driven Engineering Enables High-Performance CsPbBr₃ Perovskite Photodetectors

We overcome the drawback of low solubility of the CsPbBr3 perovskite through the mechanical grinding driven engineering, and achieve high-quality CsPbBr3 perovskite thin films. Photodetectors based on these films exhibit superior device performance, such as a responsivity of 0.219 A/W, a detectivity of
${5.3}\times 10^{{11}}$
Jones, and the response time of less than
$50~\mu $
s. Additionally, the devices demonstrate excellent storage stability and thermal stability. This work provides a new approach to the fabrication of high-quality perovskite polycrystalline film devices.
