Preparation of Metal Salt-Doped Silicon/Silicon Titanium Nanofibers by Electrospinning and Heat Treatment

In this experiment, silicon/titanium and metal salt-doped silicon nanofibers were prepared through electrospinning and heat treatment. The doping of different metal salts and heat treatment at different temperatures have an impact on the superhydrophilicity of silicon/titanium and silicon nanofibers. This experimental study focuses on differential effects. Due to its water-absorbing properties, super-hydrophilic nanofibers can form great chemical bonds with resins and adsorb each other. In addition, silicon has low thermal conductivity (149W/(m.k)), improve IC package reliability, so it has good applications in semiconductor heat dissipation.
