AI Empowered MOOCs Usage and Its Impact on Service Quality in Higher Education Institute in India

In context to the current world scenario developing an AI empowered learner-centered environments was not only a tendency but a requirement for sustainable teaching and learning in universities. Thus, our study aims to aims to evaluate how AI empowered MOOCs usage by students impact the service quality of higher education institutions. Using the UTAT model and the HEdPERF scale the questionnaire was used to collect responses through an online survey from the students studying in Universities who have completed at least one AI assisted MOOC course. The result of the study reveal that the MOOC usage of students positively impact the service quality of educational institutions. The implication of the study suggest that the students must be explained about the benefits of studying from AI enabled MOOC platform to get better output.
