Smart Banking Services and Their Impact on the Customers' Intentions to Use Mobile Banking in Commercial Banks: Evidence from UAE

This study aimed to determine the influence of smart banking services (Internet of things, data collection, data analysis, and security) on customers' intentions to utilize mobile banking in UAE commercial banks. A descriptive analytical approach was used to reach several conclusions from a convenience sample of 384 customers of commercial banks in UAE. The most important finding was that banking services, including the Internet of Things, data collection, data analysis, and security, statistically significantly impact customers' intentions to use mobile banking in UAE commercial banks. That means all customers have all the accurate information they need to form positive intentions and build confidence and satisfaction with these banks. Given the importance of the topic in our current era, the study suggested applying it to other sectors. It also recommended developing smart banking services in all aspects and providing bank customers in the UAE with more information about the Internet of Things, improving customers' intentions to use Mobile Banking in commercial banks.
