Abstract:

It is vital to comprehend the determinants that influence online purchasing decisions inside the dynamic realm of digital commerce. The present study explores the complexities of technology attributes and consumer behavior in order to ascertain their influence on intentions to make online purchases. Key findings were obtained from a comprehensive survey of 100 people from Jordan. The findings of the study indicate that the presence of user-friendly digital payment mechanisms has a substantial positive impact on the probability of engaging in online purchases. Moreover, the inherent inclination of customers towards impulsive purchases, when effectively leveraged by electronic platforms, has the potential to enhance sales. The aforementioned findings provide useful insights for scholars and professionals in the field of e-commerce, shedding light on potential areas of improvement in the digital buying experience. It is advisable to conduct additional research in order to investigate the multitude of aspects that impact the intricate realm of electronic commerce.
