A new multispectral line interpolation FFT power harmonic analysis algorithm based on the Rife-Vincent window

FFT [1] is widely used in signal processing and other fields. When FFT is used for power harmonic analysis, asynchronous sampling and fence effect can reduce the accuracy of FFT results. At present, most FFT problems are improved by combining window function with multispectral line interpolation [2]. In this article, a six-spectrum- line interpolating FFT algorithm based on 5-Term with Continuous First Derivative Rife-Vincent Window is proposed. Signal simulation results show that the six-spectrum -line interpolating FFT algorithm has high accuracy in amplitude, frequency and phase analysis of power harmonics. The absolute value of the relative error of the amplitude correction is less than 5.35E-08%,the absolute value of the relative error of the frequency correction is less than 4.84E-10%, and the absolute value of the relative error of the phase correction is less than 5.17E-08% under the simulation condition of odd harmonic signals of 1-17 order.. The improvement of harmonic analysis accuracy is much higher than that of six-spectrum-line interpolation FFT algorithm based on Blackman window.
