A Collaborative State Monitoring Method for Clusters of Electrical Primary Equipment

Fully extracting the intrinsic value of the condition monitoring data can make a global analysis and evaluation of the operating conditions of the power plant equipment. In order to fully obtain the condition monitoring data with intrinsic relevance, first, select the condition monitoring device with wide frequency band, wide range and high sampling rate to fully capture the useful components of the status signal. Then the signal characteristics of the collected signal waveform are identified, and the intelligent storage of important original data is realized. On this basis, the network time protocol is used to time each device and system in the team, and the horizontal connection between different state data is established through the event synchronization and condition synchronization mechanism. At the same time, the multi time scale storage strategy is used to store the monitoring data and establish the vertical connection between the data of different time scales, which provides an effective technical means for the power station operators to obtain the associated data.
