Analysis of Infrared Diagnosis Failure Mechanism of Power Equipment and Joint Detection of Sound and Light

Power cables are widely used in urban transmission and distribution networks, but cable accessory faults are increasing year by year. Infrared temperature measurement is a commonly used cable-charged detection method, there is a blind spot. Acoustic pattern detection can well make up for the lack of infrared temperature measurement technology in the piece of the voltage system heat type defects. Based on the analysis of several methods, this paper puts forward acoustic-optical joint detection technology to complement the advantages of two different detection methods, to diagnose cable faults accurately and quickly.
