An Adequacy Guarantee Optimization Method for Active Distribution Network Taking into Account Multiple Types of Demand-side Resources

With the gradual increase in the penetration of new energy in the distribution network, the overall capacity of generating units has declined, the adequacy of the system is insufficient, and the problem of supply assurance has become more and more serious. Therefore, this paper proposes a demand-side resource optimal scheduling model for active distribution network with sufficient supply assurance. Firstly, different characteristics of four demand-side resources, energy storage, heat storage, cold storage and electric vehicle, as well as orderly power enterprises are analyzed, and user satisfaction measurement methods for different controllable resources are proposed. Then, in order to suppress the effect of “peak reappearance”, an orderly recovery scheme considering various user satisfaction is proposed to reduce the secondary peak of load. Finally, through the example analysis of the IEEE33-node system, it is verified that the proposed method can significantly reduce the peak load and smooth the load curve under the condition of taking into account the safe and stable operation of the power grid and the safety and satisfaction needs of users.
