Research on the Precise Load Shedding considering the Active Participation of Load-Side Resources in Regulation

With the increase of new energy grid-connected capacity, the control ability of the power system generation side decreases, and the probability of invisible faults and chain faults in the power grid increases. Aiming at the traditional load-shedding methods that do not take into account the regulating ability of adjustable load resources, this paper proposes a load-shedding strategy that considers the active participation of load-side resources in regulation, so that the load nodes actively participate in the regulation of the power grid, effectively reducing the actual load-shedding amount of the distribution network through their own regulation, and improving the security and accuracy of load-shedding actions.
