Research on Competitive Strategy of Power Grid Emerging Business Based on Five Forces Model

With the deep adjustment of Internet information technology, renewable energy technology and power system reform, the development of integrated energy services has become the development trend of energy service providers in the future. Based on Porter’s five forces model and GE matrix, this paper analyzes the competitive situation of the emerging business of power grid, analyzes the investment portfolio of the main competitors of the emerging business of integrated energy, and puts forward the investment strategy and competitive strategy of the emerging business of power grid.
