A Low-Carbon Dispatch Strategy for Electric Vehicles Considering The Consumption of Green Power

Under the vision of the “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goal, High proportion distributed renewable energy integration into the distribution network is one of the important means to promote the achievement of regional “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goal. However, the random volatility of renewable energy generation poses a huge challenge to the balance of the power system. Supply side resources alone cannot meet the requirements of security, stable, and economically efficient power supply and consumption. This paper proposes a low-carbon and security scheduling model for electric vehicles based on dynamic carbon emission factors. The upper level model takes the minimum charging cost of electric vehicle aggregator (EVA) as the objective function; The lower-level model is the distribution system operator (DSO) security scheduling model. In order to solve the bi-level model, the KKT (Karush-Kuhn-Tucker) condition was used. Finally, the feasibility of the proposed model is verified by a numerical example analysis in the IEEE33 node model. The results show that the proposed bi-level model can reduce the carbon emission, promote the consumption of green power, at the same time, the safe operation of the distribution network is ensured.
