Inter-provincial Medium and Long Term Centralized Transaction Strategy Considering Priority Consumption of New Energy and Price Limit Requirement

In order to promote the practical implementation and application of inter-provincial medium and long term centralized transaction technology, and further leverage the role of inter-provincial medium and long term centralized transaction in promoting the optimal allocation of power generation resources across provinces and regions, an inter-provincial medium and long term centralized transaction strategy is proposed in this paper considering various influence factors under the new situation of electricity market development. Maximum consumption of new energy across provinces and regions is achieved by employing two rounds of centralized optimization clearance. The new energy regulation capabilities for different electricity selling provinces and the unique operation characteristics of ultra-high voltage channels are both considered in the clearing process, as a result, the enforceability of the transaction results is ensured. Furthermore, the rationality and fairness of the transaction results are improved by proposing the price limit strategies for market entities in different transaction stages. Finally, a nationwide trial operation transaction is taken as an example for case study. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed transaction strategy.
