Power Characteristics Analysis of Multi-junction Semi-rigid Solar Array

This paper analyzes the physical structure of Four Junction GaAs Solar Cell, establishing the theoretical model and equivalent circuit of single cell. Moreover, circuit model of solar array is given through the solar cell connection relationship of solar string. Through the example of Four Junction GaAs Solar Cell used in semi-rigid panel, I-V curve is drawn, and the solar earth factor curve, solar declination curve. Power output prediction of solar array is made based on the analysis work above. By the comparison analysis of power output prediction and power computation in orbit, confirms the validity of the power analytical prediction model.
