Distribution Network Planning Method Considering Uncertain Fuzzy Load

A distribution network planning method considering uncertain fuzzy load is presented. The planning objective is to minimize fixed investment and the cost of fuzzy expected network loss during the planning period. Introducing fuzzy opportunity constraints to deal with line power constraints and node voltage constraints, and also inducing a credibility index to evaluate the risk of the planning scheme under fuzzy load. The genetic algorithm is used to solve the model. Combine to the equivalence theorem of the credibility index, the original model with a given credibility index can be transformed into a planning model under interval load, and the fuzzy expectation method is used to solve the fuzzy network loss in the objective function. This method can reduce difficulty in model solving, and the time consumption is lowered. Finally, the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by a 25-node example.
