Accelerated Life Test of Intelligent Harmonic Reducer for Robot

In the life test experiment, accelerated life test significantly reduces the testing time and cost of robot harmonic reducer. In this paper, aiming at a robot intelligent harmonic reducer with electroplating temperature, noise and vibration sensors on the surface of flexwheel inner ring, an accelerated life test scheme of timed truncated robot intelligent harmonic reducer with constant stress loading is proposed. Torque speed and temperature are respectively used to represent the acceleration stress of harmonic reducer and sensor. This paper also designed the robot intelligent harmonic reducer acceleration life monitoring system and human-computer interaction interface, through the use of time domain feature analysis, frequency domain feature analysis and envelope demodulation analysis fault feature extraction methods to health harmonic reducer gear, wear and fracture fault harmonic reducer gear characteristic analysis, verify the feasibility of the system.
