Maximizing Li-Ion Battery Packs Thermal Performance through Cell-to-Cell Variation

Battery are necessary energy storage technology for modern application. The temperature of the battery is majorly determined by two factors such as charge and discharge. The proposed work, when the battery is charged or discharged their heat is released using a liquid cooling system and heat exchanges. In normal battery, the temperature range is between 25°c to 30°c for healthy condition of the battery. The battery heat is transferred to the cooling tube and the heat of the cooling tube is transfer heat to heat exchanger. The cooling tube and heat exchanges connected with each other. Heat exchanger can be used to transfer the heat to battery cell distribute evenly. The reinforcement algorithm is used to control the temperature.
