Design and Implementation of Radiofrequency Systems and Graphical Interfaces for Industrial Automation

Currently, graphical user interfaces (GUI) are required that facilitate the interpretation of industrial processes. In this literature, an automatic control system was implemented using a GUI and radio frequency (RF) networks. In addition, the development of the GUI in the Matlab programming and numerical calculation platform is shown. In turn, RF networks certified with Zigbee technology were implemented. For this reason, the Xbee Pro S2 RF module was used in point-to-point networking. Finally, the experimental results obtained from the automatic control system applied to an industrial lighting system are presented.
