Secondary Study on Social Factors that Affect the Prioritization of Software Requirements

requirements, in the context of the software development process. The study uses an ad hoc methodology to perform Systematic Reviews of Literature in Software Engineering. The objective was to analyze primary studies developed in the review period around the requirements process, particularly in prioritization tasks, for which three research questions were established around: trends in research on the subject, associated factors to the requirements prioritization process, as well as and the requirements process management tools. The findings allow us to identify that since 2015 there has been a significant increase in studies related to the requirements process, likewise, five categories of social factors could be identified; Finally, a small number of tools were found to assist the requirements process, in which benefits related to the prioritization of requirements are integrated.
