Design of Intelligent DC Energy Measuring Device

Nowadays, the traditional AC power supply system has been unable to meet the growing development needs, DC power supply system because of its high power efficiency, low line loss, better power supply stability and other advantages in electric vehicle charging stations, photovoltaic and wind power generation, rail transit and other fields have been widely used. In this paper, a DC energy measuring device based on Hall sensor is designed to measure and monitor the DC power generation of wind farms. The hardware and software design principle of the measuring device is discussed in detail. In the hardware part, the voltage and current sampling circuit, RS485 communication circuit, clock and memory circuit are analyzed. The software part analyzes the management module, the measurement module and the communication module.
