Dual-band E-Textile Artificial Magnetic Conductor

This paper presents an E-textile artificial magnetic conductor design using Jeans and Pure Copper Polyester taffeta fabric material. The proposed dual-band geometry is designed as square rings and strip structures with different lengths of unit cell on 20mm × 20mm dimensions. The proposed E-textile AMC provides the reflection phase frequencies at 2.45 GHz and 5.2 GHz with a ±90° reflection phase. Also, the parametric study shows reflection phase does not change with different polarization angles and oblique incident angles.
