32×100 GHz WDM filter based on ultra-compact silicon rings with a high thermal tuning efficiency of 5.85 mW/π

To the best of our knowledge, this paper has achieved the lowest thermal tuning power (5.85 mW/π) for silicon rings with FSR≥3.2 THz, and the first silicon ring-based WDM-32×100 GHz filter.
