On the Implemention of the System-Biological Approach in Modeling the Functioning of Degenerative Diseases Biomarkers

The basic minimal mathematical models of the general type system functioning p53-protein-inhibitor-microRNA for the class of microRNAs with a positive direct connection and a positive feedback are proposed and justified by comparisons with the experimental data. This system is an idealization of a number of segments of the p53 protein signaling pathway, which controls the cellular response to damage and cell death programs. The interrelation is numerically shown between the basic models and the models of the functioning of the system as a multi-stage process of transmitting a biochemical signal with a linear representation of intermediate fast-flowing stages.
