Design and Development of PLC Based Robotic Arm to Mix the Different Colours for Painting

As construction projects grow in size and complexity, so does the need to boost efficiency within the sector while protecting workers from potentially harmful environments. Robotized goods help to meet these demands but must be created and distributed rapidly. In this work, we first investigate the feasibility of a laboratory for developing compact, collegial robotized systems. Then we design, build, and test a revolutionary robot device for painting interior walls with several colors using a robot arm. Using the new 1:7 scaled-down laboratory and its six-degree-of-freedom robot arm on a hexapod for horizontal motions, we examined the potential for introducing small robots into the construction industry, which can alter the ergonomic practices often used by those in the trade. The advantages of using more miniature robots in buildings and the factors contributing to this convenience are discussed. Further enhancements to robot-assisted painting have also been conceptualized in a new system. To replicate colored artwork, we designed and mounted a new multi-color spraying end tool on the robot arm. Finally, a process is given for reproducing colors from digital formats of artworks, demonstrating the new spraying device’s precision and efficiency.
