Technological and Environmental Decisions for Smart Cities

This paper investigates the dynamics of the process of decision-making concerning technological and environmental aspects in smart cities. The study identifies the factors that influence this process and proposes a framework that can support decision-makers. In the framework, factors are categorized, and decision responsibilities are identified. The framework also proposes recommended actions to minimize risks and liabilities.
