Recent years, campus recruitment is the major part of educational institutions. Selection processes of various companies and industries takes place in final year of program both undergraduates and post graduates; here the selection process varies based on role of the companies. Various Core, IT and BPO companies added main role for engineers. Here the Chi square test is used for analysis of campus recruitment and salary expectations. Preplacement process are differs from companies; it commonly holds talk, written test, group discussion and interview session. This study analysis the perception of students and human resource management teams based on entry level salary and recruitment decision. The companies/HR managements selecting the placement recruitment-resources from on/off campus placement, job.com, databanks and other online sources. The data is collected from various forums of well structured questionnaires. Selection process is done by evaluating skills of candidates, knowledge, and ability to handle the work. The organization offering various training program for improving their skills, which is depends on moderate and negative correlation evaluation between the age of candidate and organization. The positive correlation has effective and inclusive efforts, which is inferred between experience and recruitment policy of organization. These data analysis of statistical approach uses Chi square test, which is evaluated by tables, graphs, pie charts and bar charts. This study is observed procedure of recruitment process for motivating the employees for incentive offerings from HR managements. This paper encourages to freshers for improving the skill, along with experienced employees.
