An Insight on the Benefits of Diverse and Inclusive Workplace at it Companies

Many researchers have stated the significance of diversity and inclusion for effectiveness of organization. Though, challenges are remain in workplaces. Many organizations are trying to understand the real concept of diversity and inclusion in order to enjoy fruitful result of diversity and inclusion in their organization. The present study was indented to explore the challenges of diversity and benefits of inclusion in the work place. This study was analyzed diversity based on demographical variable among employees to find solution through the concept of inclusion. To do this, Informational Technology (IT) companies were chosen to collect the data. The structured questionnaire were prepared and distributed among 500 IT employees. The sample size 384 has been finalized by using the sample size table. It is valued at 95% confidence level and 0.05 margin of error. By applying ANOVA and Regression analysis, the data has been analyzed. From the study it found that Diversity in work place creates lots of challenges. By applying the concept of Inclusion the drawback and challenges was overcome. And from the regression analysis it found that Inclusion have an impact over Diversity. This study is a bridge between the employees in IT industry and this also helps top management to focus on the challenges of Diversity and give much more attention to the concept of Inclusion
